Our history
DM Luxury Properties, is a real estate agency created by Delphine Mourgaud, with the aim of bringing together different centers of expertise. After a professional life in Public Relations and Communication in Paris and abroad, Delphine Mourgaud put her interpersonal know-how at the service of real estate, working as a real estate broker for several prestigious international agencies in Paris and in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.
This passion led her, at the same time, to create a luxury concierge service specializing in seasonal rentals: DM Conciergerie. With her experience of more than 8 years in real estate, she decided to combine the two activities by creating DM Luxury Properties, in order to offer a quality global service: from the search for properties, to sale, including decoration, seasonal rental and the offer of luxury services.
